Advantages of the QDX, QX Small Stainless Steel Submersible Pump
Compact and Space-Saving Design
One of the primary advantages of the QDX/ QX pumps is their small, compact design. This makes them ideal for applications where space is limited. Their vertical installation allows them to be used in confined spaces such as sumps, tanks, or pits, making them a practical solution for a variety of fluid transfer tasks.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
The QDX/ QX pumps are made from high-quality stainless steel, which provides exceptional resistance to corrosion, rust, and wear. This material ensures the longevity of the pumps, even in harsh environments where other pumps may degrade over time. The corrosion-resistant construction is particularly beneficial in wastewater and other challenging applications.
Efficient Performance
Despite their small size, the QDX/ QX pumps deliver efficient performance, capable of handling moderate to heavy fluid loads. Their powerful motors and high flow rates ensure that they can move water and other liquids effectively, making them suitable for continuous or periodic use.
Energy Efficiency
These pumps are designed to be energy-efficient, minimizing power consumption while still providing reliable and consistent performance. The motor's optimized design allows the pump to operate effectively without excessive energy use, help to cost savings over time.
Easy Maintenance
The QDX/ QX pumps are designed with user-friendly maintenance in mind. Their simple construction makes it easy to clean and service the pump, ensuring that it remains in good working condition for extended periods. This reduces the need for frequent repairs or replacements, adding to the overall cost-effectiveness of the pumps.
Key Features of the QDX, QX Small Stainless Steel Submersible Pump
Stainless Steel Housing
The pump's body is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring both corrosion resistance and structural integrity. This housing protects the internal components from damage caused by exposure to water and other harsh conditions, extending the pump’s service life and maintaining its efficiency.
Submersible Motor
The QDX/ QX pumps feature a submersible motor that operates entirely underwater, which eliminates the need for external motor mounts and makes the pumps ideal for submerged applications. The design also reduces the risk of motor damage due to exposure to moisture, providing greater reliability and safety.
Efficient Impeller Design
The pumps come equipped with a high-quality impeller that provides smooth water flow and reduces the likelihood of clogging. This feature ensures that the pumps can handle various types of water, including those containing small particles or debris, without compromising performance.
Overload Protection
For added safety, the QDX/ QX pumps are equipped with overload protection to prevent damage caused by excessive use or motor strain. This feature ensures the longevity of the pump and minimizes the risk of breakdowns due to overload conditions.
Compact and Portable
These pumps are lightweight and easy to transport, making them ideal for use in temporary installations or mobile applications. The compact nature allows for easy handling, installation, and storage, especially in spaces where portability is key.
Applications of the QDX, QX Small Stainless Steel Submersible Pump
Residential Water Drainage
The QDX/ QX pumps are widely used in residential settings for tasks such as water drainage from basements, cellars, or flooded areas. Their compact design allows them to be easily submerged in water, making them a practical solution for managing unwanted water in homes.
Flood Control and Emergency Use
In situations of flooding or water accumulation, the QDX/ QX pumps offer a quick solution for removing excess water. Their portability makes them ideal for emergency use, allowing users to relocate the pump quickly to address localized flooding or drainage problems.
Water Features and Irrigation Systems
These pumps are also commonly used in small irrigation systems or water features, such as fountains or ponds. Their submersible design and efficient performance ensure that they can circulate or transfer water effectively, making them suitable for gardens, landscaping, or decorative features.
Product Introduction
QDX、QXtype submersible motor pump consists of pump, mechanical seal and motor. Pump is at the bottom part of motor pump, which adopt a centrifugal impeller. Motor is at the upper part of motor pump and is a single-phase asynchronous motor or three-phase motor. Mechanical seal is between pump and motor, and it's a kind of double end mechanical seal, "O" rings are applied to all static joints of the submersible pump.
Inner-installed protector prevents the pump from damages due to abnormal power, clog and overload etc.
Using Range
The motor pumps is small and light; it is widely used in the countryside for elevating water from well, irrigation, sprinkling and domestic water supply, and it is also used in draining off water for fish pond and building site.
Work Conditions
The pumps can operate properly and continuously under following operation conditions:
1. Working medium carries no corrosive, sand contents shall be max.0.10% by volume and granular size shall be max.0.20mm.
2. Medium temperature shall be less than 40℃ and PH shall be 6.5-8.5.
3. The pump shall be operated within the normal delivery range.
4. The pumps shall be fully submerged into water with submerged depth of less than 3m and max. Depth of 5m.The pump shall be min.0.5m over the water bottom and shall not be inserted into sludge.
5. Power frequency shall be 50HZ, single phase voltage 220V, three-phase voltage 380V and voltage fluctuation shall be 0.9-1.1 times the nominal.
