Product Advantages
Superior Anti-Blocking Performance
One of the key advantages of the WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump is its good anti-blocking capability. The unique open single-blade impeller design prevents the accumulation of debris, ensuring that the pump continues to function efficiently, even when dealing with solid waste materials.
This feature makes the pump highly reliable in applications where other pumps might clog, reducing the need for frequent maintenance or downtime.
Efficient Cutting and Shredding
The WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump is equipped with a built-in cutting mechanism that can effectively shred and cut long fibers, such as paper strips, sanitary napkins, and other fibrous waste. By cutting these materials before they can enter the pump's system, it maintains the smooth flow of liquids and minimizes the risk of clogging.
This cutting action helps the pump maintain high efficiency and extend its operational lifespan, even in environments where other pumps might struggle.
Robust and Durable Design
The WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump is built with durable materials that can withstand harsh wastewater environments. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel or cast iron, the pump is resistant to corrosion and abrasion, ensuring its longevity and reliable operation even in aggressive conditions.
The sturdy construction allows the pump to handle even more challenging sewage systems, reducing the need for frequent replacements and repairs.
Energy-Efficient Operation
This sewage pump is designed to be energy-efficient, helping to reduce overall operating costs. Despite its advanced cutting and shredding features, the WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump operates with a low energy consumption rate, offering an environmentally friendly solution for wastewater management.
The pump's motor and cutting components are optimized for efficiency, which makes it a cost-effective choice for both small-scale and large-scale systems.
Product Features
Open Single-Blade Impeller
The WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump features an open single-blade impeller, which is specifically designed to prevent blockages caused by fibrous or solid materials. The open impeller ensures that debris, like long fibers and rags, is shredded before it can obstruct the pump.
This design also contributes to the pump’s high flow rates, allowing it to move large volumes of sewage without disruptions.
Automatic Cutting Mechanism
The pump includes an automatic cutting mechanism that efficiently cuts long fibers, paper strips, and other tough materials into smaller pieces. This ensures that the materials flow through the pump’s system without creating obstructions or reducing performance.
The cutting mechanism works seamlessly with the pump, minimizing manual intervention and more large operational efficiency.
Corrosion and Abrasion Resistance
Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials, the WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump is highly durable even when exposed to aggressive or acidic fluids. The pump’s resistance to corrosion and abrasion ensures that it remains in service for an extended period, even in harsh industrial or municipal settings.
This makes the pump highly reliable in environments with a high concentration of chemicals or waste that could cause damage to other pumps.
Low Noise Operation
The WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump is designed to operate with minimal noise, making it ideal for installations where quiet operation is a priority. This feature is especially beneficial in residential areas or facilities where excessive noise could be a concern.
The low noise levels help improve the overall working environment, contributing to a more comfortable setting for both operators and residents.
Product Applications
Municipal Sewage Systems
The WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump is an essential component in municipal sewage systems, where it is used to transport raw sewage from residential, commercial, and industrial sources to treatment plants. Its ability to handle fibrous and solid waste without clogging ensures that municipal systems can operate smoothly and without interruption.
This pump is ideal for large-scale sewage systems, where the amount of debris and long fibers in the wastewater can cause blockages in other types of pumps.
Industrial Wastewater Management
In industrial applications, the WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump is used to handle wastewater containing solid waste, chemicals, and fibrous materials generated by manufacturing processes. Industries such as food processing, textiles, and paper manufacturing often produce wastewater that contains long fibers or materials that can obstruct traditional pumps.
The WQK Series cutting sewage submersible pump ensures that these challenging materials are effectively cut and pumped, preventing blockages and improving the efficiency of wastewater management systems.
Product Introduction
WQK cutting-type submersible sewage pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: water pump, seal, and electric motor. The electric motor is located at the top of the electric pump and is a three-phase asynchronous motor. A double-ended mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the electric motor, and an "O"-shaped oil-resistant rubber seal ring is used for static sealing at each fixed sealing stop. This series of electric pumps have introduced and absorbed advanced foreign technologies, adopting an open single-blade impeller with a novel and unique structure. It has good non-clogging performance and can cut and tear long fibers, paper strips, toilet paper, etc., keeping the flow channel of the water pump unobstructed.it is an ideal sewage discharge electric pump.
Application
These electric pump units are extensively deployed across various sectors such as municipal sewage treatment projects, construction sites, hospitality establishments, mining operations, industrial facilities, and environmental protection initiatives within the municipal domain, for the purpose of expelling sewage and sludge. They serve as great apparatus for conveying mud, mortar, domestic effluent, wastewater, fecal matter, and urine, as well as for substances containing short fibres, paper debris, sediments, and other solid particles. Moreover, they are indispensable for rural irrigation and drainage purposes, and for the desilting of ponds.
