General Introduction to Products
WQ、WQD series submerged sewage discharge pump consists of three components, water pump, sealing and electrical motor. The motor is mounted on top of pump and divided into single phase and three-phase asynchronized types. Double-face mechanic sealing is mounted between pump and motor. O shaped oil-proof rubber sealing ring is used at each stationary port as static sealing. This series features The mechanic seals for the key parts are made of hardened alloy and good silicon carbide and characterized by good anti-corrosion, anti-guideage and highly durable performances etc.
Conditions
The pumps can operate properly and continuously under following operation conditions:
1. Working medium with no corrosive, sand contents & fibrous matter shall be max.25% by volume and granular size shall be max.18mm
2. Medium temperature shall be40℃ and PH shall be 4-10. And the pump shall be operated with the nominal delivery range.
3. The pumps shall be fully submerged into water and shall not be inserted into sludge. The pump shall be min.0.5m from the water bottom and with a submerged depth of less than 3m and max. depth of 5m.
4. Power frequency shall be 50HZ, single-phase voltage 220V, three-phase voltage 380V and voltage fluctuation shall be 0.9-1.1 times the nominal.
