Product Advantages
Durability and Corrosion Resistance
The use of stainless steel in the construction of the pump makes it resistant to rust and corrosion. This is especially beneficial for sewage and wastewater handling, as these environments often involve harsh chemicals and moisture. The high-quality materials ensure a long lifespan and reduce maintenance costs.
Efficient Performance
Equipped with advanced engineering, the WQD/WQ pump operates with high efficiency, ensuring the rapid transfer of sewage or wastewater. The pump's design allows it to move both clean and slightly contaminated liquids, which makes it versatile for various applications.
Automatic Buoy Control
The built-in buoy enables automatic on/off control based on the water level. This means that the pump will start working when the water level rises and stop when the level lowers. This functionality improves the overall efficiency and prevents the pump from running dry, enhancing its longevity and reliability.
Energy Efficient
The pump’s energy-efficient motor reduces power consumption while maintaining great performance. This makes it an environmentally friendly choice that also helps lower operating costs over time.
Easy Installation and Maintenance
The WQD/WQ submersible pump is designed for easy installation and minimal maintenance. Its user-friendly setup ensures quick deployment in various environments, while the simple design allows for straightforward upkeep.
Product Features
Stainless Steel Construction
The pump is made entirely of stainless steel, which provides exceptional strength and resistance to environmental wear. This construction ensures that it can withstand prolonged exposure to moisture, chemicals, and debris without compromising performance.
Anti-Blocking Impeller Design
The pump features an anti-blocking impeller that ensures smooth operation even when handling liquids with suspended solids. This feature is particularly valuable for pumping sewage and wastewater, where debris can cause other pumps to clog.
Buoy-Based Automatic Control System
The integrated buoy system offers automatic control, preventing the pump from operating when not needed. This reduces energy consumption and prevents potential damage caused by the pump running dry or at an inefficient water level.
Multiple Size Options
The WQD/WQ submersible pump comes in various sizes and capacities to meet different pumping needs. Whether for residential, commercial, or industrial use, this range of options ensures that the pump can be tailored to specific requirements.
Thermal Overload Protection
To protect the motor from damage due to excessive heat, the pump comes with built-in thermal overload protection. This safety feature ensures that the pump operates within safe temperature limits, prolonging its life and minimizing the risk of failure.
Product Applications
Sewage and Wastewater Management
The WQD/WQ submersible pump is ideal for pumping sewage and wastewater in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. It is designed to handle liquids containing both water and solid particles, making it good for sewage treatment plants and waste management systems.
Flood Prevention and Drainage Systems
In flood-prone areas or regions with poor drainage, this pump can be used to effectively remove excess water from flooded areas. Its buoy system ensures that it operates only when necessary, providing efficient floodwater management.
Industrial and Agricultural Uses
This pump can be used in industrial applications, including transferring wastewater from factories, construction sites, or agricultural operations. It is capable of handling various liquids, such as slurry or wastewater from livestock facilities, ensuring clean and effective disposal.
Domestic Use in Septic Systems
For residential applications, the WQD/WQ pump is good for use in septic tanks or other household wastewater management systems. It ensures effective and consistent pumping, ensuring the proper functioning of these systems.
Mining and Irrigation
In mining and irrigation applications, this pump can help transfer water, slurry, or other fluids to facilitate mining processes or agricultural irrigation. Its reliable performance in diverse conditions makes it a valuable asset in these industries.
Product Overview
1. The overall shell is made of stainless steel 304/316L material by precision casting with dewaxing, and is specially designed to extract pollutants and wastewater with slight acidity and weak alkalinity.
2. The cable base and core wires have undergone special leak proof and waterproof treatment. The inner single core wire is stripped and sealed to effectively prevent moisture from seeping into the motor through cable seams or core wires, achieving a leak proof and moisture proof sealing effect.
3. The conical pump casing flow path and vortex vortex impeller, with special non clogging design, can extract sludge and waste with half the effort.
4. The pump casing flow channel can be equipped with "air bolts" to avoid the occurrence of "air plugs" and ensure the stability of the pumping and drainage pipeline system.
5. The mechanical shaft seal is equipped with high-quality dual group mechanical shaft seals and fully equipped with SIC silicon carbide mechanical shaft seals.
6. The motor adopts a dry-type induction motor with insulation level F (155 ℃), and the shell protection level is IECIP68.
7. The entire series of electric motors are equipped with temperature controllers or motor overload protectors to effectively prevent motor burnout in the event of abnormal overload.
8. The entire series can be optionally equipped with automatic coupling device equipment. Through simple installation and construction, the water supply pipe is fixed to the main seat of the coupling device. When the pump needs maintenance, it can be easily lifted, detached, and joined by the suspension chain and guide rod. Engineering personnel do not need to enter the water tank for disassembly and assembly, effectively improving the convenience and safety of operation.
Main Application
1. Raw water, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations.
2. Building septic tank drainage system.
3. Discharge of wastewater from pig farming, animal husbandry, and household farms.
4. Discharge of community functional wastewater from schools, hospitals, and government agencies.
5. Industrial wastewater discharge from food, paper, mining, textile, and leather industries.
