Product Overview
1. The QDX/QX series all stainless steel small submersible electric pump adopts an all stainless steel design, consisting of three parts: water pump, seal, and electric motor. The motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor structure. The water pump is located at the lower part of the motor and adopts an upward suction structure, which can prevent blockage caused by the electric pump getting stuck in the sludge. The appearance adopts precision casting and stainless steel barrel, which is beautiful and generous, with characteristics of rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and no pollution. Widely used in various special requirements such as chemical, marine aquaculture, food and beverage applications.
2. The electric pump adopts a double end mechanical seal device, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing and safe use. Seals and cables are made of corrosion-resistant fluororubber according to the medium conditions, ensuring safety and hygiene.

Conditions
1. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 60 ℃, the volume ratio of solid impurities in the medium shall not exceed 0.1%, the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm, and the pH value of the medium shall be between 4-10.
2. The depth of the motor submerged in the liquid shall not exceed 5m, and the portion of the motor exposed to the liquid surface shall not exceed 1/2 of the motor.
